Conditions Terms and Payment

1- Send your reservation or a simple inquiry.

2- In 48 Hours we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm your reservation.

3- Send us a payment on account for a 30% of total cost within two days to confirm your booking. the only accepted methods of payment are:
- by PayPal ( https://www.paypal.com).
- by bank transfer;
- by credit card (prefered)
The deposit must be received within 2 days from our confirmation date, after we will cancel your request.

4 - When the deposit will be received, we will send you the booking voucher, a document which shows all your reservation data, as:
- information about the booked apartment.
- number of guests and reservation dates.
- how to reach the apartment;
- amount to pay as caution money (€ 200).
- balance to pay on your arrival date (payment form: cash).

It is very important to print and carry with you a copy of the voucher, in order to show it during the check in. If you will not receive it, please ask us to re-send you a copy.


5- Before getting apartment keys, caution money (€200) is required for incidental damages to the flat and what’s inside. This money will be given back when you’ll leave the apartment after common inspection. 

6- In case of booking cancellation You will receive a 50% reimbursement of the paid deposit, only if the cancellation will be communicated to us with a notice period of more then 60 days before the arrival day, otherwise we will keep the entire deposit.
If client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.In case of staying period modification, the request must be sent via e-mail fortyfive (60) days before your arrival, otherwise you’ll loose the payment on account.

7 - Alterations & Cancellations from due to the owner
For any alterations or cancellations due to the owner, we will provide you another accommodation of equal or grater quality. If you will not accept this change, the booking will be cancelled and the paid deposit will be refunded in total.

8 - Delivering of apartment keys is provided from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM any working day, on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
For arrivals and leavings on Saturday after 1 PM, Sunday and non-working days and working days between 8 PM and 9 AM, Except for different agreements taken directly with the owner..

9- Leaving is scheduled within 10 AM any working day. The flat must be left free and at the same conditions was delivered. 

10- If the reserved flat won’t be at disposal owing to circumstances beyond ours control, we’ll take care to provide you another flat with the same features. If you don’t agree this solution, we’ll give back the whole amount of money you paid.

11- Very Important: for Police issure, only the persons quoted in the booking document can live in the flat. In case of change of persons number, without the preventive consent by the flat owner, the location will be immediately terminated and you will loose the deposit-caution money.

12- The hosts must behave goodly in accordance with morality and polite manners and avoid to cause troubles with dins, noises, quarrels, high volume sounds and so on.

13- The court of Florence has jurisdiction in any possible dispute.

14 - Travelling document
All clients, also those residents on European Union, are requested to present a valid identity document with a copy, to give to the owner, according to the laws in force.


13 - ACCEPTANCE Please note you authorize us to use your personal data, according to the D.L. 196/2003.
Once the deposit payment is settled, you confirm the acceptance of all terms and conditions as above.
